- Assisting with OD initiatives
- Coordinating employee development & performance cycles
- Conducting new hire orientations
- Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports
- Handle personnel operations and employee records
- Support payroll preparation and coordination
Requirements
◼️2-3 years of experience in HR
◼️Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
◼️Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law
◼️Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
