- Supporting as a HR Generalist including recruitment, staff welfare and training & development.
- Training & Development - performance management, to ensure all staff have the relevant skills to increase productivity
- Support in overall technical training programs in manufacturing areas
- Plan and coordinate in house and external training - perform evaluation on training & assessment
- Monitor and maintain proper training records
- Support leader to develop and manage technical training curriculum for business units
- Handle all employee matters - counselling, grievances etc.
- Online processing of work pass for foreign workers
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Experience in a HR Generalist role including Training & Development
- 5 days work near Gul Circle MRT (10mins sheltered walk from MRT)
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Salary $4000 - $5000
- AWS / VB
- Start work Immediately or within short notice
