Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Generalist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of human resource functions that include managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, coordinating benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves assisting in employee relations, managing HR operations, and supporting workforce development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Ability to ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
- Prior experience in the MENA market is a plus
