Job Summary
Sobha Realty is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR processes within a leading luxury real estate organization and is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in HR practices

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, attendance reports, and training records
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
