Curious about what really goes on behind the scenes in HR
Join us as an HR Intern and get hands-on experience shaping how people experience work — from their first day to everything in between.
You'll be part of real projects, contribute ideas, and get exposure to the end-to-end talent acquisition process, alongside broader HR work.
Your Responsibilities
- Be part of the employee journey by supporting onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding
- Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, job postings, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and delivering a positive candidate experience
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Gain exposure to talent management by providing administrative and project support for talent management programs and broader strategic HR initiatives
- Work with real HR data and systems (not just shadowing)
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes, tools, and employee experience
- Research HR trends and best practices to support ongoing projects and continuous improvement
- Jump into ad-hoc projects where you can make an impact
What You'll Learn
- A clear understanding of how HR operates end-to-end in a corporate setting
- Hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from attracting candidates to onboarding
- An introduction to talent management and how organizations develop, engage, and retain employees
- Practical experience with HR systems, data, and workflows

Your Profile
- You're currently studying Business, HR, or something similar
- You're organised, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
- You enjoy working with people and paying attention to the details
- You're comfortable with basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- You want more than just an internship - you want to learn how things really work
