HR Intern

CrossWorkers is looking for highly motivated students/ fresh graduates for a three-month Internship in the Human Resources Department.

Location: Cairo Office, New Cairo

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates and 4th-year students in any field are welcome to apply.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general support to assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
• Help maintain HR documentation and support with compliance and candidate/tracking processes
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, university career services, and internal databases.
• Screen CVs and applications to match candidates to role requirements.
• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess fit and availability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, and maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Support onboarding administration to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Assist with employer branding, job ads, social media posts, and campus recruitment events/campaigns.
  
  

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS or HR systems is desirable
