We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes within an education center and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.
- Follow up on HR-related requests such as onboarding documentation, reference checks, and employee information updates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
- Help with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining files, preparing reports, and supporting HR projects as needed.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using HR databases.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in supporting HR functions.
