Job Title: HR and ISO Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reports To: HR Manager / Quality Manager
Job Summary:
The HR and ISO Coordinator will support the Human Resources function and ensure compliance with ISO standards across the organization. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, and quality management systems (ISO 9001/ISO standards relevant to the company).
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR database.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and HR initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
ISO/Quality Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 (or relevant ISO) documentation, manuals, and procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits.
- Track and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Ensure departmental compliance with ISO standards and quality policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience; ISO/QMS exposure preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in ISO management systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Coordinator) is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
