Job Description

Job Title: HR and ISO Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi

Reports To: HR Manager / Quality Manager

Job Summary:

The HR and ISO Coordinator will support the Human Resources function and ensure compliance with ISO standards across the organization. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, and quality management systems (ISO 9001/ISO standards relevant to the company).

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR database.
  • Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and HR initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

ISO/Quality Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 (or relevant ISO) documentation, manuals, and procedures.
  • Coordinate internal and external ISO audits.
  • Track and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with ISO standards and quality policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience; ISO/QMS exposure preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in ISO management systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Coordinator) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
