Job Description

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on priorities and address challenges.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.

Performance Management & Development

  • Support managers in performance appraisal processes and talent development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Lead HR audits and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
