Anvil is one of the leading companies in the Security services we are looking for Human Resources Manager
Previous experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
Develop, update, recommend, and ensure the awareness of human
resource policies and procedures
Support current and future business needs through the development,
engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Manage the staffing process, including recruiting top talents,
interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other
personnel packages
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain a positive, healthy, and productive working environment
Counsel employees and resolve issues through positive and professional mediation
Maintain employee and workplace privacy and handle confidential
matters with discretion
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training and coaching programs
Create clear reports and give helpful presentations to support decision
making through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Maintain and improve company's identity
Requirements And Skills:
8+ years of experience in the human resources area
Experience working as an HR Manager
Experience working in HR for Security services companies is recommended.
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and
practices, including compensation, performance management, safety,
hiring, and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and
practices in compliance with employment regulations
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ethical mindset: able to build and
effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Excellent active listening and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with HR software and HR metrics
Working hours 8 - start 9am to 5pm.
Salary Start : 20,000 EGP
