Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in building construction contracting to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The role requires hands-on expertise in labor camp management, visa processing and renewals, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full HR operations for construction and site-based workforce
• Oversee labor camp administration and employee welfare
• Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and government portals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and construction industry standards
• Support workforce planning, employee relations, and disciplinary matters

Requirements:

• 10+ years overall HR experience
• Minimum 5+ years in construction contracting (mandatory)
• Proven experience in building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of labor camp management and visa processes
• Excellent understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance
