We are a fast-growing creative & marketing company looking for an experienced HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead to build scale, and manage our people operations from hiring to performance and retention.
You will play a key role in:
Building strong teams
Creating hiring systems
Improving performance culture
Supporting leadership with data-driven HR decisions

Key Responsibilities
Lead full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, onboarding).
Build and manage hiring plans based on business needs.
Develop clear HR policies & internal processes.
Handle employee relations & performance management.
Set and track HR KPIs (turnover, time-to-hire, retention).
Support Team Leaders in hiring and team development.
Ensure a healthy work environment and strong culture.
2+ years of proven experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience in Direct Hiring (in-house recruitment).
Experience in fast-paced environments (Startups, Agencies).
Solid knowledge of labor law & HR best practices.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Data-driven mindset.
