Job Purpose:

The HR Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's long-term growth and talent needs. This role ensures the attraction, development, and retention of top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen employer branding, and maintain full compliance with HR policies and legal standards

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute advanced HR strategies that align with and support the organization's long-term objectives.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide expert guidance on organizational growth and talent management.
Lead cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract and secure highly skilled and talented professionals across all levels.
Design and drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a leading employer of choice.
Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the identification and hiring of top-tier candidates who align with organizational values and goals.
Develop and implement robust succession planning frameworks to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Cultivate a workplace culture that embodies excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
Resolve employee concerns with fairness and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives, analyse feedback, and implement actionable improvements.
Oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain industry-leading talent.
Ensure full compliance with employment laws, pay equity standards, and internal policies.
Design and refine HR policies to support strategic business objectives.
Lead the development and delivery of training programs tailored to employee growth and leadership development.
Oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual performance.
Provide expert guidance on performance improvement and talent development strategies.
Manage HR budgets efficiently while leveraging advanced HR technology to optimize processes and reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD) are strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial experience in senior leadership roles.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring skilled and talented professionals across multiple domains.
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team-building capabilities.
Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs and craft impactful solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in using advanced HR tools, systems, and analytics to drive efficiency and innovation.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
