Job Description

One of the sister concern company of DAS Holding which is in Financial Service sector is looking for HR Manager who has expertise in:

  • Manage the human resource functions including recruiting, hiring, performance management, compensation, benefits/wellness, and training, while ensuring compliance of UAE laws and regulations.
  • Develop action plan based on Organization insights linked to Diversity, Productivity & Organization choices
  • Liaise with department in planning and implementing reorganizations, organizational effectiveness opportunities, and culture/change initiatives.
  • Develop human resource programs and identify key metrics to solve business problems that impact organizational effectiveness (e.g. improve productivity, reduce cost, increase engagement/retention)
  • Administers a best practice, market- competitive total rewards program consistent with the organization's total rewards strategy and compensation.
  • Implements competitive benefits and wellness strategy for the organization, ensuring effective communication and processes are in place.
  • Bachelor Degree in HR with 7 years of experience in senior HR role.
