Job Description

Responsibilities

  • HR Setup & Strategy: Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to support business operations.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring efforts to build a high-performing team.
  • HR Operations: Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and general HR functions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure alignment with UAE labour laws and industry standards.
