- Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to support business operations.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Drive hiring efforts to build a high-performing team.
HR Operations:
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and general HR functions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
HR Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure alignment with UAE labour laws and industry standards.

Requirements:
