Key Responsibilities
- Handles Training, Recruitment and Development of employees
- Manage the staffing and on boarding needs
- Visa processing, On-boarding & Off-boarding
- Employee welfare relations
- Implement HR policies
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR or similar
- 7+ Years of experience as an HR
- Free Zone Experience is a MUST
- East European Nationality - UAE Resident / Sharjah
- Age between 28 45
- Fluent in English
We Are Offering
- Working Days 5 Days / Week + 2 Saturdays
- Package around 15000 AED
