Job Scope

Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce planning.
Oversee performance management, training, staff engagement and talent development.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and HR policies.
Support manpower budgeting, compensation reviews and organizational development.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with relevant HR generalist or HR management experience hospitality exposure is preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication and employee relations skills.
