Hr Manager

Job Title: HR Recruiter​

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Work from Office)​

Compensation: INR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (in-hand)​

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop/manage JDs, advertise open positions, and handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).​

Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding for new hires and facilitate training sessions.​

Performance & Engagement: Evaluate employee performance, facilitate appraisals, and execute engagement initiatives.​

Employee Relations & Compliance: Advise on HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.​

HR Administration: Manage payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and workplace health and safety.​

Experience: 3–5 years of HR recruitment experience.​

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.​

Knowledge: Sourcing/recruitment processes, HR compliance, labor laws, performance appraisals, and rewards programs.​
