MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)
  • FRP meter boxes & feeder pillars

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple business units
  • Oversee recruitment operations, onboarding, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor structured performance management systems, including KPIs, annual appraisals, and mid-year reviews
  • Ensure consistent execution of employee evaluation cycles and calibration processes
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation structures in alignment with internal policies
  • Supervise HR policies, procedures, and SOP implementation to ensure operational standardization
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards
  • Oversee employee records management, HRIS systems, and data accuracy
  • Monitor HR metrics and dashboards to drive operational decision-making
  • Manage employee relations cases with structured documentation and resolution frameworks
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 812 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 45 years in an HR Operations leadership role
  • Proven experience managing large HR teams within multi-entity or group structures
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Performance management systems and KPI frameworks
  • HRIS platforms and digital HR systems
  • Payroll processes and compensation structures
  • Labor law compliance and regulatory governance
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement HR policies, SOPs, and operational workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience handling organizational scale, restructuring, or transformation projects
  • High level of accuracy, process orientation, and operational discipline
