The Part-Time HR Manager will lead the HR function for a growing, multi-brand organization, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and people development. The role ensures that HR processes support business growth while remaining efficient and scalable, even in a part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and KSA labor laws.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for critical and senior roles, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans professionally and discreetly.
Performance Management: Support managers in implementing KPIs, appraisals, and career development frameworks.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and internal company policies.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate periodic learning sessions for staff.
Compensation & Benefits Support: Advise management on salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and employee retention strategies.
HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and provide monthly HR metrics to leadership.
