EgyCham is hiring an HR Manager for one of its clients in the Real Estate Industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, manage employee relations and conflict resolution, and design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating performance management processes, and supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• 7:10 Years of experience in Real estate Industry.
• HR Diploma is A Must.
• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development.
• Expertise in Labor Laws, Policy Development, and Compliance.
• Strong skills in Performance Management, Training, and Employee Engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
