HR Manager

We are a well-established international Forex brokerage seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources operations for a large office and diverse workforce based in Dubai.

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment oversight, compliance with UAE labor law, and performance management. This role acts as a key business partner to senior management and reports directly to the Head of HR.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and strong employee engagement within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  

• Proven experience managing large offices and headcount
  

• Background in Forex, financial services, FinTech, or regulated industries preferred

• Strong hands-on experience in employee relations and HR operations

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices

• Experience supporting audits and regulatory requirements

• Ability to ensure compliance across HR processes

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools

• Strong MS Office skills

• HR certifications are an advantage

• European nationality preferred (due to market and business requirements)
