Talents Tide is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager for our client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving overall HR excellence within a fast-paced contracting/development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and workplace issues
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Support business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention strategies
- Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Foster a positive and productive working environment
- Oversee performance management systems to drive high performance
- Manage compensation structures, pay plans, and benefits programs
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives
- Provide HR insights and reports to management using HR metrics
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional
- Background in contracting, construction, or real estate development is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, systems, and databases
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop HR strategies and align them with business goals
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
