Job Description

Title - HR Manager

Salary - 15000-18000 AED

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, motivate, and guide team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor progress against goals through regular assessments and performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage HR programs and activities across various HR functions.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary cases; recommend appropriate actions.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and personnel matters.
  • Utilize HR systems and applications to deliver services and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support transitions during new business activities by offering HR solutions for onboarding/offboarding.
  • Guide managers on HR topics such as PIPs, policies, benefits, separations, and workforce restructuring.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure employee data privacy.
  • Provide customer support to employees and managers; escalate cases when necessary.
  • Apply HR system knowledge to respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Establish and manage the performance management process and related documentation.
  • Improve the performance management system by coordinating with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Facilitate collaboration between employees and leaders to enhance performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain HR files, records, and process documentation.
  • Update HR systems to reflect employee changes promptly and accurately.
  • Apply understanding of industry needs and service expectations to support employee satisfaction.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 810 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.
  • Strong integrity, commitment, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Strong people management and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
