Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD) are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring skilled and talented professionals across multiple domains.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs and craft impactful solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in using advanced HR tools, systems, and analytics to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
