Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and selection advertise jobs, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and databases
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll support
- Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluations
- Provide HR guidance and respond to employee queries
- Manage visa, residency, and contract renewals efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor laws
- Prepare HR reports and summaries for management
- Collaborate with all departments for smooth HR operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
