Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
- Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support to management and staff
- Support training, development, and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or F&B
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
