We are looking for a strong HR Officer to support one of our daylife venues, ensuring effective HR operations, employee relations, and alignment with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works under close supervision from the HR Manager assisting her in all duties and responsibilities.
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HRIS data
- Assist in the investigation of any incident by saving supporting evidence.
- Attends to employee general requests and inquiries about their employment issues.
- Prepare the monthly HR report.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs
- Follow up with the head of departments on performance appraisal and ensuring implementation on timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling staff for approved development training courses in house or externally and assist in scheduling new hires for orientation sessions.
- Checking monthly attendance, investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
- Sending reports concerning attendance such as late entry, early departure, discrepancy with duty roster to concerned department head.
- Inform head of departments of unexpected absences from work and coordinate actions.
- Assist staff with attendance related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies on the system.
- Support training, engagement, and HR-related initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Provide operational HR support to the venue team
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally within luxury hospitality/F&B
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can thrive in a highly fast paced operation and must have good stakeholder-management skill
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be familiar with UAE Labor Law
