Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
Prepare employment contracts and ensure all hiring documentation is complete
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Coordinate training and development activities
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Monitor attendance and leave management systems
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Participate in audits and ensure HR records are up to date
