Wafi Energy- Shell Licensee is a Saudi company specializing in managing and operating fuel stations as the licensee of Shell in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance systems, overtime approval,and monthly reconciliations.
- Lead recruitment coordination with manpower agencies, including mobilization, onboarding, visa processing, and workforce planning.
- Maintain strong compliance with Saudi Labor Law, including contracts, probation periods, warnings, EOSB, working hours, legal deductions, penalties, HRDF, social insurance (GOSI), WPS, Mudad, Qiwa, and regulatory updates.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management professionally.
- Ensure all operational HR activities (onboarding, offboarding, leave management, medical insurance, renewals, iqama, Ajeer, etc.) are executed efficiently.
- Coordinate daily with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, Administration, Procurement, etc.) to streamline HR processes.
- Develop and update HR SOPs, trackers, reports, and workforce performance metrics.
- Ensure manpower agencies adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs), worker conditions, uniform policies, accommodation standards, and legal requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, compliance checks, and documentation accuracy across manpower and station operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 58 years HR Operations experience in manpower companies or construction industry (MANDATORY).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, Mudad, Qiwa, Ajeer, and all government portals.
- Strong experience handling blue-collar workforce, large manpower volumes, and multi-location operational environments.
- Excellent understanding of contracts, wages structure, overtime calculation, leaves policy, penalties, final settlement (EOSB), and disciplinary procedures.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
Preferred Experience:
- Worked previously in a manpower agency, construction company, facilities management, industrial services, or operational business with large field teams.
- Experience dealing with manpower agencies, contractors, and outsourced staff.
- Strong HR data and reporting skills (Excel, HRMS, trackers).
