Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Trainee under the Tamheer Program to support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations and recruitment activities. The trainee will gain practical experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and HR systems while developing professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding procedures for new employees.
HR Operations
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR team in preparing letters, contracts, and HR forms.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of employee documents.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Support HR activities, engagement initiatives, and internal communication.
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports related to recruitment and HR activities.
- Coordinate with departments regarding HR requests.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eligible for Tamheer Program through HRDF.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the HR field.
