Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Personal and Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will also support various HR functions and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage changes in employee status.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and HR policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements related to employment and payroll.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
