The project supports GPLC Seaports Co. in establishing and activating key corporate functions, including HR, Procurement, and GRC, to ensure organizational readiness and sustainable operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Oversee HR administration, employee records, and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support compensation processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain HR reporting and dashboards.
- Support performance management processes and employee relations activities.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance workforce readiness.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of HR Operations and Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS/ERP systems.
- Experience in payroll coordination, HR reporting, and performance management.
- Background in large or fast-paced environments preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) are an advantage.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
