Dashco Middle East is hiring an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist with our client in construction and contracting industry. The role involves owning the accuracy and compliance of core HR systems, ERP data, payroll/WPS inputs, compensation & benefits, attendance, and performance management.

Job description:
- Day-to-day HR ERP administration: employee data, leave, assets, active/inactive status
- WPS accuracy and reconciliation ahead of every payroll cycle
- Compensation & benefits administration against the approved grading structure
- Daily attendance monitoring and discrepancy follow-up with department heads
- Leave and end-of-service settlements, processed within SLA
- Performance appraisal module configuration: KPI/KRA tracking, review cycles
- HR SOPs for ERP, payroll, attendance, and settlements
- Full compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements
- Ensure all HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and Wage Protection System requirements.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in HR Operations / payroll / compensation & benefits (C&B), ideally in construction or another operationally intensive UAE sector
- Hands-on ERP/HR systems experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and EOS calculations
