Role Description

We are seeking an HR Operations Assistant to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Alexandria office. The HR Operations Assistant will play a key role in executing day-to-day HR activities such as employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting in payroll administration, and supporting compliance with company policies and labor laws. Additional responsibilities include organizing employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee inquiries, and collaborating with the HR team to drive efficient operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in administrative support and HR software/tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee onboarding procedures
  • Experience in maintaining accurate HR records and managing confidential information
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
