THE ROLE
You'll be involved in the full employee journey, recruitment, onboarding, HRMS management, payroll changes, visas, medical insurance, performance processes, exits and everything in between. It's a true People Operations role, and you'll partner closely with employees, managers and our PRO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Supporting employees with day-to-day HR queries.
- Recruitment support: sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
- Preparing contracts, letters and employee documentation.
- Running smooth onboarding and induction processes.
- Managing visas and medical insurance updates.
- Payroll changes, leave tracking and HRMS updates.
- Supporting the People Success reviews cycle.
- Organising HR events, engagement activities and delivering training.
- Handling exits professionally (visa cancellation, clearances, settlements).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Master's degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of HR experience in the UAE, ideally within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.
- Confident communicator, able to work professionally and collaboratively at all levels of the business.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Trusted to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong technical capability across MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI and AI tools are a bonus.
- A growth mindset - open to feedback, continuous learning, and modern ways of working.
- Agile and adaptable, able to work at pace and handle shifting priorities without compromising accuracy.
- Brings positive energy, initiative, and a proactive can-do approach, ready to support the wider team and take on additional responsibilities when required.
