Title: HR Operations LeadIndustry: IT Software

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily HR operations. This role focuses on leading personnel and payroll functions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee lifecycle processes while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and seamless HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations Management
- Lead, coach, and supervise the HR Operations team (personnel & payroll)
- Distribute workload and ensure timely and accurate task completion
- Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and development
- Act as the escalation point for complex HR operations issues
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee all personnel activities including contracts, employee files, onboarding, and offboarding
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records across HR systems
- Manage and continuously improve HR operations workflows
- Ensure smooth onboarding and efficient offboarding processes
Payroll & Compensation
- Review and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions)
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing
- Coordinate with Finance on salary disbursement, taxes, and adjustments
Compliance & Government Relations
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations
- Oversee social insurance processes and official documentation (Forms 1, 2, 6, etc.)
- Handle inspections and maintain relationships with government entities
Attendance & Policy Governance
- Oversee attendance tracking and leave management processes
- Ensure proper implementation of policies across departments
- Analyze attendance trends and flag potential risks
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and review HR reports and dashboards
- Ensure HR data accuracy across HRIS and internal systems
- Identify gaps and drive process improvement initiatives
- Support development and enhancement of HR policies
Employee Relations
- Support handling employee cases (disciplinary actions, grievances)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all cases
- Promote a fair, consistent, and positive employee experience
