Are you passionate about sourcing great talent and supporting high‑volume hiring in a dynamic manufacturing setting We are looking for a HR Specialist with strong blue-collar recruitment and sourcing capabilities to help attract skilled technicians, production workers, and operational talent who keep our business moving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Blue-collar recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, maintenance, and technical roles.
- Lead hiring for operators, technicians (mechanical, electrical, welding, etc.).
- Source talent through social media, job fairs, agencies, walk‑ins, and platforms like LinkedIn & Forasna.
- Draft job postings and contribute to job description updates.
- Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding.
- Build and maintain a continuous technical and production talent pipeline.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
HR Operations Support
- Support day-to-day HR administration and documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to detect early signs of absenteeism or turnover.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in audits, reports, and internal HR projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Legal, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Specialist role within an international manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment for manufacturing
- Strong sourcing skills and understanding of recruiting best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Eager to learn by participating and supporting other HR functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in Arabic and English
