Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a reputable investment management firm to appoint an HR Operations Specialist to join its regional Human Resources team based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing business and play a key role in delivering seamless HR operations across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.

This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, HR systems administration, payroll and benefits coordination, work pass administration, employee documentation, HR reporting, and policy administration. The role will serve as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders across the region, ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes and compliance with local employment regulations.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, managers, payroll vendors, and external service providers, the successful candidate will support regional HR initiatives, regulatory reporting, process improvement projects, and the continuous enhancement of HR policies, controls, and operating procedures. The position offers broad exposure to HR operations within a sophisticated and fast-paced investment management environment.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused HR professional with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or an HR generalist capacity within a financial services, investment management, banking, asset management, or multinational environment will be highly regarded.
