My client is looking for an outstanding HR Operations Sr Associate to support on a 6 month project. This role will require a fluent Arabic Speaker.
Description:
- Hands-on experience managing HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, leave management, attendance, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee letters, offboarding, and HR service delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, employment regulations, and HR governance, with the ability to ensure consistent policy application across business units.
- Proven experience supporting change management initiatives, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, process adoption, and employee transition support.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar systems, with experience maintaining accurate employee data, generating HR reports, and tracking operational KPIs.
- Prior experience in government entities, large corporates, shared services environments, or transformation programs is highly desirable
