Position: Payroll & Personnel Specialist

Location: Nasr City Cairo, Egypt

We are looking for a Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team in Nasr City.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

2.Maintain employee records and personnel files.

3.Handle social insurance, labor office procedures, and employee contracts.

4.Manage attendance, leaves, and end-of-service calculations.

5.Support HR reporting and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll and personnel.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
