Job Description

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

SUB-FUNCTION: Payroll

LINE OF BUSINESS: Raya Customer Experience

REPORTING TO: Supervisor (Human Resources Payroll).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit on all Employees payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc. ..)
  • Receive change sheets from LOB
  • Prepare migration sheets and upload them to the system.
  • Audit the payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer.
  • Audit on his/her colleagues as a second reviewer.
  • Prepare reconciliation and final sheets after confirmation from the LOB concerned department.
  • Prepare bank transfer sheets and upload them to the system.
  • Follow up on all requests and inquiries related to payroll activities.
  • Prepare, review, and upload payroll sheets on the system.

Experience:


24 years of experience in Payroll or HR Operations, preferably in a BPO / CX / large workforce environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes, and social insurance.
  • Very good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with HRIS / payroll systems is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

  • Experience in shift-based or high headcount payroll.
  • Knowledge of labor law updates.
