Role Summary:

We are looking for a detailoriented HR professional specializing in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and cost control within international, matrixdriven organizations.

The role demands a strong numerical mindset and the capability to manage HR data, organizational structures, cost centers, invoices, and vendor coordination. It also requires supporting payroll operations across multiple entities, countries, and currencies while ensuring compliance and maintaining seamless HR processes.

Required Profile:

• 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR systems
• Experience working in an international, multi-entity and/or matrix organization
• Exposure to payroll in multiple currencies and coordination with regional or external payroll providers
• Experience handling HR invoices, reconciliations, cost centers, and vendor coordination
• Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll platforms, and Excel
• Former work experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, engineering, or industrial services sector is an advantage and preferred
