Job Brief

We are looking for a People Operations Professional to support HR processes across Egypt, KSA, and Jordan, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. The role includes managing employee data, insurance, payroll coordination, and handling employee relations, while improving HR processes and efficiency.

Job Description

  • Policy Execution

Support the implementation of People Operations programs and procedures across all regional locations.

  • Compliance Monitoring

Ensure all activities align with local labor laws and reporting requirements in Egypt, KSA, and Jordan.

  • Insurance Administration

Manage day-to-day social and medical insurance processes, including enrollments, updates, and claims.

  • Data Management

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • HRIS & Reporting

Administer the HRIS system to ensure data integrity and provide necessary reporting capabilities.

  • Payroll Support

Coordinate with Finance to process timely and accurate payroll according to local policies.

  • Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate fair conflict resolution.

  • Process Efficiency

Identify and implement improvements to HR workflows to enhance overall team productivity.

Must-Have

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • 1:5 years of proven experience in People Operations, HR management, Personnel.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, employee record management, and collaboration with Finance for payroll activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Have

  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, research centers or a related scientific field.
