Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team at ariika. In this role, you will be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring that everything from the first day an employee joins to their final exitand every paycheck in betweenis handled with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Life Cycle Management: Handle the end-to-end process for employee Onboarding and Offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff.
  • Personnel & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee files and ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Social Insurance: Manage all social insurance procedures, specifically the preparation and submission of Forms 1, 2, and 6.
  • Time & Attendance: Monitor daily attendance, shifts, and leaves (annual, sick, etc.) to ensure accurate data for payroll.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and execute monthly payroll, including bonuses, deductions, and tax calculations.
