We are looking for a dedicated HR Personnel Specialist join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all employee-related administrative tasks within a high-volume Call Center environment, ensuring accuracy in attendance records and professional communication always.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily employee attendance, lateness, and absenteeism records.
- Manage and respond to all employee inquiries and HR-related emails professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to verify shift schedules and resolve any attendance discrepancies.
- Update and maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and databases.
- Track and document all types of employee leaves, permissions, and vacations.
- Draft and distribute internal memos, announcements, and HR updates via email.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in HR Personnel or Administration (Call Center background is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and professional Email Writing (English & Arabic).
- Flexibility: Full readiness to work Rotational Shifts based on business needs.
- Traits: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
