Job Description

Job Title: HR Process Improvement Specialist | Abu Dhabi | Bank | 5+ years of experience:

Contract: 1 year and extendable | Education: Bachelors Degree | Any nationality

Skills required:

  • Experience in process mapping
  • Ability to translate HR processes into digital workflows or automated tools
  • Skilled in documenting SOPs, RACI matrices and governance flows to ensure process clarity and accountability
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process reengineering, Hr transformation or shared services
