Job Purpose: HR Project Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by coordinating and managing HR-related projects, initiatives, and programs. The role ensures effective planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects, while facilitating collaboration across different HR functions and business units. This position acts as a central point of contact to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of HR projects (e.g., talent acquisition campaigns, performance management cycles, HR system implementations, employee engagement programs).
- Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and prepare progress reports for HR leadership.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and risks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
HR Operations & Support
- Provide administrative and operational support for HR initiatives such as recruitment drives, onboarding, training sessions, and policy rollouts.
- Support the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analytics.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for HR programs.
Communication & Reporting
- Draft internal communications related to HR projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand values.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business leadership.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and recommend practical solutions.
- Support HR in driving digital transformation initiatives within people operations.
- Assist in change management activities, ensuring employee awareness and adoption of new HR practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or administration.
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and project management methodologies.
