Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, organizing interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs. The role also involves creating job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Collaboration with team members to identify staffing needs and ensure seamless onboarding processes is central to this role.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing experience, including conducting interviews and managing hiring processes
- Competence in Talent Acquisition Strategies, including employer branding and promoting workplace diversity
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ATS systems, resume databases, and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in HR policies, labor laws, and compliance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have experience in real estate industry
